Is Queen Bee right for you?
Firstly, you will need to be dedicated to learning, not just passing for the sake of passing. You may not be in that space just yet, but you should at least be open to being gently coerced into curiosity and exploration.
Additionally, you will need to be available for lesson times (as much as you can):
- Mondays 11:30-12:30 (CAT)
- Tuesdays 09:00-11:00 (CAT)
- Thursdays 11:30-12:30 (CAT)
Thirdly, a willingness to actually put the work in and push yourself is imperative. I will not be begging anyone to work as I respect you enough to believe that you are capable of managing your own time.
Lastly, while not a requirement, you should be aware that I will cause existential journeys as we delve into the beauty of rhetoric and communication and examine how we are influenced and can influence everyday.
What can you expect?
Live lessons are on discord, and our course that we will work through will be on this website you are on. Some days I will have a plan for exactly what I want to cover and that is what we will do, but I have left space to have Q & A days, Feedback days, Chaos days (where you choose a section in my course that you would like me to elaborate on and I take 7 minutes to set up my notes before launching into the topic and diving into it).
Our lesson recordings will have questions attached to them; these questions are required work and each lesson needs to be answered. Even though you might not actually attend all 4h a week, you will still be expected to complete the work.

Since you will not be attending any of the live lessons except as an add on. You will not necessarily be on Discord, but I implore you (and expect you) to still work through the lesson content in addition to the structured course content (this is where you grow your curiosity most). Our lesson recordings will have questions attached to them, these questions are required work and each lesson needs to be answered.
How much time should you budget?
I go hard! I expect you to put aside 6-8 hours a week for English language (this includes lesson times). This will not be time spent doing worksheets, but researching, learning deeply and growing your mind. Ultimately, Cambridge English is reaching deep and wide, not just showing that you have studied someone else's responses. I will turn you into the type of person who analyses the world around you and questions everything so that you can stand your ground.
